Working with Recruitment Strategies

The Strategies section is designed to help manage tasks related to executing recruitment strategies. After listing recruitment sources, users develop specific strategies tailored to those sources, such as flyer distribution, public lectures, and referral systems.

Common recruitment strategies include:

  • Flyers
  • Information tables
  • Public lectures
  • Print and online advertising
  • Referrals
  • Direct mail

Key Features:

  • Users can create and assign tasks for each recruitment strategy.
  • Tasks include setting due dates and allocating responsibilities to team members.
  • Assigned tasks appear in the My Tasks section under the Task tab for easy tracking.

Instructions for Assigning a Source:

  1. Click +Assign a Source.
  2. Select the desired source for the strategy (Required).
  3. Click Submit to complete the process.

Instructions for Adding a Task:

  1. Click +Add Task.
  2. Enter the Title of the task (Required).
  3. Select a strategy from the dropdown menu.
  4. Assign a Status.
  5. Set a Due Date.
  6. Assign the task to a Staff Member from the dropdown menu.

This structured approach ensures efficient recruitment strategy execution and task management.
