Survey Confirmation Emails Overview

Ripple allows users to receive email confirmations when a participant completes a survey form on the Web.

Key Details

  • Email Notifications:

    • Sent immediately after the participant completes a Web survey.
    • Used to confirm survey completion and identify participants who completed it.
  • Follow-Up:

    • Helps users quickly follow up with participants after survey completion.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE:

  • Email notifications are only available for Web surveys.
  • Surveys completed as Internal surveys will not trigger an email notification.

 

Notification to Ripple Users

When a participant completes a survey, Ripple users will receive an email notification from no-reply@ripplescience.com.

Email Details

  • Confirmation of Submission:
    • The email confirms that a survey has been submitted.
  • Survey Information:
    • Includes the survey name and the Global ID of the participant.

Reviewing Survey Responses in Ripple

To access and review completed survey responses:

  1. Locate the Participant:

    • Copy the participant's Global ID from the email notification.
    • Paste the Global ID into the search bar on the Registry, Potential Participants, or Enrolled Participants page.
    • Find and open the participant’s profile.
  2. View Completed Surveys:

    • Navigate to the Forms section within the participant’s profile.
    • View the list of all surveys the participant has completed.
  3. Open the Survey:

    • Select the specific form you want to review.
    • Click to open and view the responses.

This process ensures easy access to survey data for review and follow-up.
