Resize Participant Profile Card (RI-6248)

You can now resize the Participant card to fit your workflow! Make the card narrower to view more of the participant list at once, or widen it to see more participant details without scrolling. This update gives you greater flexibility and control over how you navigate your data.

Improved Survey Builder Loading for Study Admins (RI-6308)

Backend enhancements were deployed to improve screen load time for Survey Builder.

Screener Forms Decommissioned (RI-6104)

As previously communicated, Screener Forms have been decommissioned. The green buttons to "screen participant" have been removed.

Bug Fix:  Registry Delete Action Removes Additional Registry Participants (RI-6347)

In some cases when users attempted to delete participants from the Registry, additional, unselected profiles were also removed. This bug was resolved and only the selected profiles are removed from the Registry.

Bug Fix:  Daily Digest Emails Not Delivered (RI-6316)

In some cases, Daily Digest emails were not delivered to users who signed up for Daily Digest notifications. A memory issue preventing consistent sending was resolved and Daily Digest emails are delivered as expected.

Bug Fix: Special Characters Converted to Blank Spaces in UTM Codes  (RI-6256)

Resolved a bug where some special characters passed via UTM codes were converted to spaces. An encode helper function was deployed to prevent this from happening.

Bug Fix:  Other Study Custom Variables Visible on Export Screen (RI-6318)

In some cases, custom variables for other studies were visible on the Export screen. A backend display issue was resolved and only study specific custom variables are displayed as expected.

Bug Fix:  Contact Info Not Saved (RI-6322)

In some cases, when participants were created through a survey, the contact information for the participant would not save in the Contact Card. This issue was resolved and contact data is saved as expected.

Optimized Custom Variable Data Handling for Improved Performance (RI-6325)

To improve system performance, we’ve stopped generating placeholder variables for participants who are not enrolled in a study. This data was not required and, in some cases, contributed to slower performance.
