Product Update Version 2.0.32 - Released May 21, 2025
Bug Fix: Family ID Error When Opening Participant Card (RI-6315)
Resolved an issue where an error was thrown when opening a participant card linked by a Family ID to another participant, if the two participants were enrolled in a different number of studies. This error caused the Family table to fail to populate. The issue has now been fixed, and participant cards with Family IDs load as expected.
Bug Fix: Logout Error After Viewing Participant with Family ID (RI-6295)
Resolved a bug where users received an error message on the login page after logging out from a session in which they viewed a participant with a Family ID.
Performance Improvement: Loading Time on “Site Admin > Studies” Page (RI-6285)
Optimized the loading time of the “Site Admin > Studies” page for customers managing a large number of studies, resulting in a smoother user experience.
Bug Fix: Incorrect Related Event Dates When Using Large Month Offsets (RI-6284)
Fixed an error in calculating related event dates when scheduling events with large “month” offsets. Event dates now generate accurately according to the defined schedule.
Bug Fix: Incomplete Participant Events Not Counted in Report Builder (RI-6282)
Fixed an issue where the "Participant Event Count" reporting dimension in Report Builder did not correctly tally all events per participant. It now includes both complete and incomplete events.
Performance Improvement: Slow UI in Custom Variable Management (RI-6269)
Enhanced the load speed for the “Requirements” page in studies with many custom variables. Also improved the drag-and-drop functionality for reordering variables, providing a more responsive experience.
Bug Fix: Filter Dashboard Checkbox Auto-Selected from Family Section (RI-6268)
Resolved a UI bug where selecting a family member from the participant card would auto-select the Filter Dashboard checkbox. This action no longer triggers the checkbox.
Bug Fix: Survey PDF Download Fails with Embedded HTML Anchor Tags (RI-6262)
Fixed a problem where HTML embedded anchor tags (e.g., <a href="..." target="_blank">
) caused failures when generating downloadable PDFs of completed surveys.
Bug Fix: Duplicate Participants in Reports (RI-6258)
Resolved an issue where participants with both completed and incomplete events were duplicated in reports. Data is now presented accurately without duplication.
User Experience Improvement: Participant Card Layout Updates (RI-6249)
Building on updates introduced in version 2.0.30, the following enhancements have been made to participant card layout:
-
The participant’s name and action links are locked at the top of the card for easier access.
-
“Survey Participant” and “Screen Participant” are now consolidated under a single button.
-
The Filter Dashboard checkbox is replaced with a toggle button for better visibility on smaller screens.
-
The “Search” button has been replaced with a green magnifying glass icon to increase screen space.
Bug Fix: Inaccurate Sorting by Next Event in Participant Lists (RI-6234)
Fixed a limitation in participant list sorting by “Next Event,” which previously only applied to the first page. Now, sorting is applied consistently across all pages within a status.
Enhanced performance, consistency, and accuracy of column sorting in the Potential and Enrolled participants tables.
Sorting now works across all pages and supports most study display columns, except:
-
Custom variables
-
Tags
-
Last contact comments
-
Last contact outcomes
-
Any other column added in the study's "Display Settings" can be used to sort the participants lists, whether in "combined view" or normal view.

Improved responsiveness when working with the participant card, especially for participants associated with a large number of family members.
Performance Improvement: Participant Card Load Time in Custom Variable-Heavy Studies (RI-6009)
Significant performance improvement when opening participant cards in studies with large volumes of custom variables. Actions like adding comments, sending emails, and managing events are now faster and more responsive.
