Product Update Version 2.0.31 - Released May 7, 2025
Ripple Science is releasing a new version update that includes the following improvements and bug fixes:
Bug Fix: Collapsing Family section (RI-4070, RI-5727, RI-5835, RI-6233)
When users collapsed the Family section and then tried to expand, an error is generated. This issue has been fixed.
Bug Fix: Wrong date in Consent Log (RI-5196, RI-6209)
In some cases when a consent form was signed near the end of the day for users in the Pacific timezone, an incorrect date was displayed. This issue has been resolved and the correct date is now displayed.
Bug Fix: Consent forms with images are too large (RI-6271)
When consent forms contained .PNG images, the file size of the completed form (PDF) was much larger than it should be, preventing the system from auto-sending the signed consent form to the participant. This issue has been resolved and signed forms are now automatically delivered to participants as expected.
Bug Fix: Text Template Merge Tag Errors (RI-6274)
In some cases, text templates would not properly read merge tags and would produce and error for the Study Admin on the UI. This issue has been resolved and merge tags in text templates are properly read. No error message is displayed.
Bug Fix: Unable to view email logs (RI-6275)
Users were unable to view the email log on emails they did not send. This has been resolved and all emails in the log can be seen, regardless of who sent the message.
Bug Fix: Cannot scroll horizontally (RI-6276, RI-6277)
Some users reported being unable to scroll left to right in Edge with a small screen resolution or from an iPad. This has been addressed and horizontal scrolling functions as expected.
