Product Update Version 2.0.28 - Released April 10, 2025
Ripple Science has released a new version update that includes the following improvements and bug fixes:
Update: Search & Filter Experience Reverted to V1 Behavior (RI-6206)
Based on customer feedback, we’ve reverted to the original (V1) search and filter functionality on the Potential and Enrolled pages. When selecting a participant from search results, the participant’s row is now highlighted, their card opens, and the full list of participants remains visible—no filtering is applied.
Update: New Knowledge Base Provider (RI-6229)
We’ve transitioned to a new knowledge article provider. As part of this change, the Support link within the application now directs users to the new knowledge base. Please note that the in-app search widget has been temporarily removed and will be reintroduced in a future update.
Bug Fix: Integrated Calendar Sync (RI-5989)
Previously, users had to manually refresh the page for scheduled events to appear on a profile. This issue has been resolved—now, when an event is scheduled on an integrated calendar, the scheduled date will automatically update on the profile without needing a page refresh.
Bug Fix: Integrated Calendar Sync (RI-6150)
Some users experienced an issue where the “My Assigned Events” filter on the Ripple Calendar did not work unless they manually selected another user and then re-selected themselves. This issue did not impact all users but has now been resolved. The filter will now function as expected without additional steps.
Bug Fix: PDF Display for Number-Type Survey Responses (RI-6202)
Single-input survey questions using a number-type input were not displaying a response of “0” on the PDF form. While the value was correctly stored in the custom variable, it did not appear on the generated PDF. This issue has been resolved, and “0” responses now display as expected.
Bug Fix: PDF Form Downloads (RI-6225)
Some users were unable to download some completed PDF forms. This issue has been resolved, and users can now download completed PDF forms as expected.
Bug Fix: Current Age Column Display (RI-6232)
When “Current Age” was added as a display column on the Potential or Enrolled pages, the column appeared blank. This issue has been corrected, and the age now displays as expected.
