Fix for Signed Consent Form Date Display Issue (RI-5196)

We resolved an issue where consent forms signed late in the day by users in the Pacific Time Zone appeared with a date one day ahead of the actual signature date. The system now correctly converts time and date stamps to ensure accurate recordkeeping. 

Fix for Last Contact Column Update Issue (RI-6056)

We fixed an issue where the Last Contact column on the Potential and Enrolled Participants pages did not immediately update when a user manually sent a text or email. This now updates in real time, ensuring accurate tracking of participant interactions.

Fix for Participant Log Comment Editing Issue (RI-6111)

We resolved an issue where edits to existing comments in the Participant Log were not saving properly. Users can now successfully edit and save comments without any issues.

Fix for Recruitment Strategy and Source Not Saving (RI-6147)

We resolved an issue where the Strategy and Source fields on the Participant Card were not saving correctly. Users can now update and retain this information without any issues.

Fix for Disappearing Recruitment Source and Strategy on Participant Card (RI-6149)

We fixed an issue where the Recruitment Source and Strategy fields would disappear when navigating between the Email, Text, Contact, Consent, Forms, and Comments logs on the Participant Card. These fields now remain visible and persist as expected.

Fix for Saved Reports Not Retaining Filters (RI-6154)

We resolved an issue where filters applied to Saved Reports were not being retained. Now, when saving a report with filters, the selected filters will persist as expected.

Fix for Google Calendar Logout Issue (RI-6157)

We resolved an issue where users were unable to log out of a study’s integrated Google Calendar. Clicking the “Logout of Google” button in Study Settings → Calendar Integration now properly logs users out as expected.

Fix for Pagination Controls in Report Results

We resolved an issue where pagination controls were not functioning correctly for report results exceeding one page. Users can now navigate through multi-page reports without any issues.

Fix for Missing “Download Report” Button in Report Builder (RI-6184)

We resolved an issue where the “Download Report” button was missing on the Ad-Hoc Report screen in Report Builder. The button now appears and functions correctly, allowing users to download reports as expected.

Fix for Report Failure with Pivoted Dimensions and Null Values (RI-6185)

We resolved an issue where reports with a dimension pivoted to the “Y” column and containing null values would fail to generate. Reports now process correctly, even when null values are present in the pivoted dimension.

Additional Safeguards for Survey Text Validation (RI-6199)

We’ve implemented additional safeguards to prevent invalid characters entered in survey text from causing surveys to render incorrectly. This ensures that surveys display properly regardless of the characters used.

Non-User Facing Changes

RI-6113: Backend Update for Google Calendar Integration

This update replaces a deprecated library used for Google Calendar authentication, ensuring continued reliability and security. This change does not impact the user experience.

RI-6179:  Performance Improvement: CPU Utilization Optimization

This update addresses a CPU utilization issue introduced in version 2.0.26, improving system efficiency. This is a backend optimization with no impact on user functionality.
