Bug Fix - Archived Contacts

When a CONTACT CARD in the profile was archived, all unarchived contacts were also hidden when users tried to send emails or text messages. This issue has been resolved. Users can archive contacts as expected and nonarchived contacts remain visible for emails and text messages.

Bug Fix - Google Calendar Sync Issues

Some customers were experiencing issues with Google Calendar syncing, where old events would not update on their calendar and they were unable to logout and restart the integration. This issue has been resolved and old events will update as expected. Users are also able to restart the integration as expected.

Bug Fix - Completed Survey PDFS are Editable

When completed survey forms were downloaded from the contact card they could be edited in Adobe. This issue has been resolved and downloaded survey forms can no longer be edited.

 

Custom Report Builder

Additional bug fixes were applied to improve Custom Report Builder functionality. These fixes have not been widely deployed with the release. Targeted customers have been engaged to review these fixes and a release to all customers will follow. Please follow up with your CSM at customersuccess@ripplescience.com if you have questions.
