Product Update Version 2.0.23 - Released 11-Dec-2024
We've addressed two defects for this release: one related to a typo that was occurring in text templates due to a font style change behind the scenes; and a second one that had to do with the participant status not updating/refreshing properly in the listview when the status was changed in the Contact Log.
Text templates are converting apostrophes to the word 'undefined' when the message is sent
When creating templates to send text messages to participants, the font defaulted to a type that would cause an apostrophe to be replaced with the word "undefined" right in the middle of the word. Instead of "you're" it would say "youundefinedre" This is odd and confusing to both the template creator and the participant. We have fixed this, so the font is displaying correctly.
Status is not properly updating when changed via the Contact Log
When a contact is added to the Contact Log and the status is updated from the Contact Log form, the profile does not automatically move to the new status when the profile is closed; rather, it moves after refreshing the screen. This has been corrected so that when a contact is added to the log and the status is updated from the Contact Log form when the profile is closed, it automatically moves to the new status selected.
