Product Update Version 2.0.20 - Released 9-Oct-2024
We are excited to share with you a major update to system processing that means your screen will load much faster. You will notice screens closing/opening more quickly and processes completing sooner with fewer system time-outs. We have also addressed some defects related to participant event processing and assignment.
Optimize Participant Event Assignment
Previously, when you scheduled an event via third party calendar integration, the event would not show up on the participant profile card if the status did not match the event. With this fix, those events will show up under the 'All Participant Events' filter.
Furthermore, the internal processes have been optimized, and below are all the places where you will see improvements in loading times:
- Import tool
- Editing the events page of study settings
- Editing events, especially changing a relative event, is much faster
- Updating a participant via survey import or on the participant card where status or event is affected
- Adding participant
- Changing participant status
- Moving participants between studies with bulk options or via Registry
- Moving participants between statuses with bulk options via Studies
Incorrect Event Creation & Assignment
Previously, if importing participants without specifying a status, the system would default to the 'potential candidate' status and would not assign the proper events to the participant. In some cases, an expected event was not being created when the event it was scheduled relative to was marked as completed/missed/scheduled. This has been fixed and events are being created and assigned properly.
Duplicate Event Creation Upon Import
Previously, when events were imported into Ripple, a duplicate event was periodically being created. This has been fixed and now no duplicates are created when importing.
