This release includes two defect fixes: one related to contact card archival and another about expired user enrollment links.
Email Address for Active Contacts Missing after Contact Card Archival
Previously, when a contact card was archived in a participant profile (on potential, enrolled and registry pages), and an email draft was created, the active contacts' email addresses were no longer showing in the autofill dropdown in the TO line. This has been addressed, and now when a contact card is archived, the active contact email addresses still display in the autofill dropdown in the TO line as they should.
Expired User Enrollment Links
Previously, when an enrollment link expired for a newly added Ripple user, the user could use the reset password link to enroll. However, that is a workaround and therefore not the ideal path. With this update, if a user does not enroll within the 14 day window, they must request a new enrollment link from their administrator.
Previously, the error message that displays if the user attempts to reset a password before they have enrolled was, "invalid email error". This has been updated to "Must complete enrollment before attempting to reset password. Please contact your site admin for an enrollment link". Furthermore, if the link has not expired yet, but the user attempts to reset their password before they have enrolled, that will force the link to expire and they will need a new link from their administrator.
