Product Update Version 2.0.18 - Released 18-Sept-2024

This release focused on reducing unnecessary clicks. In some cases, the screen required page refreshes in order to see changes, but that is no longer the case. Now, changes are visible immediately upon saving.

 

Page Refreshing: Task Status, Imported Family Contacts, Global and Study Last Contact Date fields

Previously, when an open task was edited and marked complete, the checkbox would not be checked unless the screen was refreshed. This has been addressed, so now the checkbox is checked once you close out of the task modal, and there is no need to refresh the page.

When importing family contacts from one participant to another, the system required a page refresh to see the resulting import. We have addressed this issue, and the imported contacts now display upon import completion.

When a comment was added to the log (and marked as Contact) or when a point of contact was added to the Contact Log, the screen required a page refresh in order to see the following two fields updated: Study Date of Last Contact and Global Date of Last Contact. We have fixed this, so now when those logs are added and saved, those date fields are updated immediately.

 

Text Correction on Task Status

Previously, when adding an incomplete task, and viewing the detail, the "Mark as Complete" hyperlink would incorrectly state, "Mark as Incomplete" even though the item was still incomplete. This inaccurately reflected the status of the task. This has been fixed and the item now correctly says "Mark as Complete" when the item is incomplete.
