The Report Builder allows users to download reports in CSV or JSON format. These files can be used for sharing with individuals who do not have access to Ripple or for conducting further data analysis outside the platform. Reports can be downloaded from either the Report Builder or the Shared Reports section.
Download Options
There are three download options available:
1. Download Report Page (CSV)

Downloads only the current page of the report as a CSV file.

Includes any pivot table settings configured in the Report Builder.
2. Download All Data (CSV)

Downloads the full dataset across all pages of the report in a single CSV file.

Note: This option does not include pivot table parameters. If you need to retain pivot formatting, consider using Excel’s Pivot Table tool to reformat the data. Learn how to create a pivot table in Excel.
3. Download All Data (JSON)

Downloads the complete dataset in JSON format, suitable for technical users or system integrations.
