Adding Participants to the Registry

If you need to add participants to your Registry who are not associated with an active study, follow these steps:

1. Access the "Add Participant" Button

  • Navigate to the Registry page.

  • Locate the "Add Participant" button in the top left corner of the page (highlighted in red).Slice_1.png

2. Enter Participant Details

  • Click the "Add Participant" button to open the Add Participant form.

  • Fill in the required fields:

    • First Name (required)

    • Last Name (required)

    • Middle Name (optional)

    • Submit the form to create the participant profile.

3. Manage the Participant Profile

  • Once created, the participant will appear in your Participant Registry.

  • You can now:

    • Add additional participant data to their profile.

    • Assign them to active studies.

    • Search and recruit them from within the registry.

By following these steps, you can efficiently manage participants and ensure they are available for future studies.

Adding Participants to Studies from the Registry

If you need to add participants from your Registry to a new study, follow these steps:

1. Select the Participant(s)

  • Locate the participant(s) in your Registry.

  • Click the checkbox next to their name to select their profile.

  • You can select multiple participants at once if needed.

2. Choose the Target Study

  • From the available study dropdown list, select the study you want to add the participants to.

3. Confirm by Applying Changes

  • Click the Apply icon to finalize the selection.

  • The participants will now be moved to the Potential Participants section of the selected study.

By following these steps, you can efficiently add participants to new studies directly from your registry.
